Aurora Field Power — Field operations control

Unified dispatch, asset telemetry, and work-order execution for a regional solar and storage operator—so crews resolve issues with one system instead of five inboxes.

Illustrative scenario — company name and metrics are fictional. Interactive UI mock.

The Challenge

Operations lived in a patchwork of spreadsheets, vendor portals, and ad-hoc chats. Dispatchers could not see which technician was closest to a failing inverter, and leadership only learned about outages after customers called.

The team needed a single operational picture: asset health, open work, and proof that work was done—without asking field staff to learn another “big platform.”

Our Solution

We implemented a lightweight operations layer on top of existing CMMS and telemetry feeds—routing rules for dispatch, mobile-friendly work orders, and exception queues when signals crossed thresholds.

Dashboards stayed minimal; the emphasis was on guided flows and audit trails so compliance and safety reviews could run from the same record as day-to-day execution.
